SPRING IS COMING...

What does the first day of spring look like to you?  Is it planning your garden, or it is cleaning out your closets?  Does spring mean spring cleaning?  Maybe spring means getting back into that workout routine for summer.  Did you know spring is also the peak of the Calgary real estate market?

Spring in Calgary is unlike so many other cities.  We can have plus 18 followed quickly by rain and snow.  When spring comes upon us quickly, from cold to warm there are many things you have to watch out for with your property.  Watching your exterior and foundation for leaks, making sure your drains on the city streets, if in front of your property aren’t blocked, and remembering to top up your windshield wiper fluid!  This is also a great time to plan some of your home repairs and maintenance too!
